Reservation policy

If this is your first visit, an advance payment is required to confirm your booking in particular during high season. Booking can be completed by phone, email or online through our booking engine.

Arrival time: earliest: 2:00 p.m., latest: 6:00 p.m. If you want to arrive before 2:00 p.m., please let us know, so we can check the availability of the room.

The reservation is guaranteed until 6:00 p.m. of the arrival day. After 6:00 p.m. the room can be allocated. If you arrive later than 6:00 p.m., please let us know beforehand.

Checkout / latest until 12:00.

If you want to check out after 12:00, please check for availability at the reception the day before until 6:00 p.m.

Credit cards:

You are welcome to use credit cards for paying deposits, pre-payments and final balances however a surcharge of 1.5% - 3.5% applies for payments over 50€ (depending on the card).

                                                                       

Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible at least 7 days before arrival. If you cancel after, the advance payment counts as cancellation fees. In case of not showing up, the whole price is payable. You can cancel your booking through the online booking engine, by email or by phone.

Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. Children up to 6 years old stay free when sharing parents room. Baby cribs (cots) 20 euro charge. Please ask in the comments box when making your reservation.

Privacy and data protection
If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes places voluntarily. The data will not be transferred to third parties. The use of contact data such as postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers or e-mail addresses or other comparable data published in the imprint or otherwise by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited information is prohibited. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.

Smoking
Our hotel is entirely non-smoking in accordance with the regulations 3730/2008. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.There is a €300 minimum charge for smoking in our rooms

Noise protection policy
The hotel is a place of peace and relaxation. Our guests request calm notably at night. Our supreme offer is the observing the privacy of our guests. We would like to recommend to parents to remind their children to avoid troubling other guests.

Environmental policy
We would like to raise our guests’ awareness of the environment issue. We mainly use organic products. We use the eco- friendly system when it comes to cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels. We use low emission combustible and energy-efficient electrical devices. Moreover we have an energy conserving heat insulation and use water treatment.

Pets
Pets allowed only on request.
